Homemade Green Tea Ice Drops by VintageWarmth Homemade Green Tea Ice Drops by VintageWarmth
experimental further.
This is my third time that I made these organic green tea ice drops to get the right texture & taste. So trial & error.
The texture is little bit crystallized(because I don't have the food stabilizer) but they taste really good :D

Just mix 2 cups hot milk, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup whipping cream, 3 tsp. green tea powder(available in any asian markets/grocery stores), 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 cup granulated sugar(brown or white) in a blender or using your whisk by hand until the mixture becomes smooth and silky(no lumps).

Pour the mixture into the popsicle push pops / non-toxic popsicle molds. Place them in a freezer about 3-4 hours or until become frozen.

Make sure you’ve cleared enough room in the freezer.

So good! To not crystallize only need invert sugar. Super easy to make in home with store ingredients, only need sugar; water; sodium bicarbonate and tartaric acid malic. I don't know in another country you can buy in stores that ingredients, in spain is easy.

Thanks for the recipe!
